Finding Confidence & Self-Assurance.
Trauma, stress and social upheaval, especially when it is prolonged, can cause people to lose their sense of worth, identity, and even the ability to speak up and have a voice.
In these 3-hour workshops, attendees will interact and share with, learn from, and support each other while being provided with valuable knowledge and skills to become confident and more self-assured after crisis, trauma, or stress.
After participating in the workshop, attendees will:
Understand how to use their "vocal anatomy" to increase the power in their voice, and learn the value of speaking up.
Know how to draw upon their inner resourcefulness, to feel grounded, emotionally stronger, and empowered.
Have techniques to practice in their daily lives to remind them of their self-worth and to communicate confidently.
These workshops are ideal for groups: Co-workers, Teams, Colleagues. Suited to Corporate, Non-profit environments, Educational services, Schools, private groups.
Attendee numbers per workshop:
Minimum 5 attendees, Maximum 30.
